My posture is awful. Post childbirth I find myself slouching constantly. Carrying my daughter on one side does not help at all. She climbs on me and so I stick my belly out so she can climb on me (she really enjoys doing it). I find that I end up slouching since I know subconsciously that she would climb on me.
