I have no clue where I am on this one 3 years ago

I’ve been working out regularly. 2 hours 3 times a week. I was losing donw from 184 to 175. But I have quite losing the weight but I beleive I’m losing the inches now. I just can’t tell since the orignal trainer quite and took all of my personal data with him. We don’t Ihave my measurements. So i’m basing this on the fact that jeans I haven’t worn in forever that were too tight now fit nicely. Shirts that would stretch when i put them on now fit me correctly. My goal is to be down to 160 by Thanksgiving. Hopefully I can make it since I keep yoyoing or at least feel like I am.



Sore and Tired 3 years ago

Oh my oh my where it my Ibuoprofrin??? I did a very intense workout with the personal trainer last night and now 19 hours later my muscles are really screaming at me. And of course I left my ibu at home.

Oh well… life goes on. I’ve went to the park and did some stretches which helped a lot. And I’ll go to the gym this evening and do some yoga moves to help with stretching and relaxing of my muscles.

Other wise I’m down to 176 from 184…. in two weeks. With very little change to my diet, adding excersie 3 times a week, staying active on the other nights and most important to me….

NO PILLS. Don’t beleive in them (except for direct pain and only sparingly!)

Personal Trainer 3 years ago

I hired a personal trainer to help me lose the weight and tone my body. He beleives that by January he can have to 125. That is great and all but I still think that is way to skinny. I’m going to dig out my old photos and show him what I looked like at 125…

I was measured and a work out plan set up for me. With a follow up on Monday. In the meantime he wants me doing cardio 30 min. 3 times a week and to continue attending my Yoga/Pilates classes wich is 3-4 times a week.

Well I’m going to join Golds Gym near where I moved to they have Pilates, Yoga, and some arobic type classes. They have classes at 5:30 am which will allow me to get going early and still be to work on time (if not early)

Goals for this week include…
signing up for the gym,
going to 3 classes
purchasing an outfit I will be comfortable in

I have Six months to make this goal. I looked up old photos of myself at that time and I’m guessing I weighted 130-145…more towards the 130(but I was pregnant to boot!)

So I’ve made my goals more of weighing #135-140 (40-45 lbs to lose), I want my cheekbones to be redefined (You used to be able to see my cheekbones and now they are just puffy), my neck and neck muscles to be defineds (same issue here). Flatter stomach. and thinner thighs.

I lost 10 in one week without changing my overall eating habits. I started excersicing, eating less at a sitting but eating more often. Drinking less alchol and soda and more Ice cold water. so I’m going to restart that regiment, (and drinking water before I ate to make me full)

My goal is 6 lbs per months. That is 1.5 lbs a week. I beleive I can do this.
