I havent worked out in a while but I’m going 2 workout 2day.
Not a good work out but I still worked out. I lost 2 inches off my waist. I have a 31 waist. I trying to get down 2 a 26 waist.
I worked out for an whole hour.
I did a full hour workout yesterday. I plan to workout 3 to 4 days a week.
I worked out yesterday for 20 minutes. I will work out again tonight.
