I’ve been saving like a mad woman this last month but slacked off a bit towards the new end. now a new month and i must double my efforts! I’m not doing badly considering i just spent about £700 on plane tickets – made all that back by selling stuff on ebay, reducing my grocery bills and not buying myself unnecessary treats. With xmas coming up i’m bound to spend a bit more but i’m still confident that i’m heading in the right direction. i’ve switched my bank account to one with an interest free overdraft (although i’m hoping not to use it anymore!) and i’m paying the minimum off my interest free credit card every month until my ISAs mature in April, when I’ll pay it off. What i’m saving for, I’m not sure… I really want to go to cuba next year but at the same time i’m toying with the idea of buying a flat again. oh what to do….
