I m up to 90 push up and 90 sit ups
60 and 60 so far. interesting I am not sore or feeling it I could maybe do more each day. But I am standing taller and straight. Really getting faster at this too.
ok day one I did 10 and 10. day two the same. So far 20 sit ups and 20 push ups. Not bad for a person that has not worked out in three years.
