I desperately love tattoos. I always have.
Here are the tattoos that I want (as of now and the past couple of years) and please tell me if you think any of them are a no-go.
1. The first four notes of “Redemption Song” inside of my left wrist in dark red, small but “well done”.
Why: I play guitar and it’s very important to me. Redemption Song is the first song that I learned.
2. A symmetrical flower on each of my earlobes (so, small) in the red color of hennah.
Why: It would be pretty, and it’s a very casual place.
3. A circle at the base of my neck with a scene from a painting that was in my room when I lived in Hawaii. The painting was in bright, “dreamy” colors and was a realistic but kind of trippy scene of a sunset over a breaking shoreline. I would get it in full color, about the size of a baseball.
Why: Hawaii changed my life and the painting captures the essance of Hawaii to me.
Also: any ideas on how to intigrate the Bob Marley quote “Push on Through” in to a tattoo? I want it on my foot / feet.
