get my laptop fixed

I took my computer to Best Buy.
They told me they couldn’t fix it because it was too old to fix.
They didn’t have the parts for it anymore, so they told me to look on ebay for them. Um, excuse me? How am I supposed to know the names of all the broken parts on this computer?
So I just told the guy to forget about it.
My mom told me that she might know of another place. So I’ll have to give it a shot.

I’m just fucking pissed. Nothing has been going right for me the past two weeks.

I tripped on the AC adapter to my laptop and then I see it falling behind me. Great.
I pick it up, and the keyboard is falling off and part of the corner is falling off.
There are other flaws to the computer I would like to get fixed up as well. The plastic above the screen is broken and chipped, and the J button is broken, you have to jam your finger into it to make it work.
I would also like a memory upgrade, but thats a maybe…
I would really like to get all the ruined parts fix’d up before they become an issue.
