I can’t believe i can’t do a back walkover. I can do almost everythinge else. Back tuck back handspring cartwheel front tuck front handspring front walkover backbend you name it. I guess first off, I’ll stretch. I do tae kwon do, so i know how to do a perfect backbend, and numerous tumbling exercises such as listed before. Firstly i’ll warm up with backbends, and practice my kicking (for the walkover not tae kwon do)
