At work when it was clear that another nurse was going to overwhelmed by having an extra patient, I asked to take one extra instead. Then, I realized that I may have taken on more than I thought, but this time, instead of struggling through all stressed out, I asked for help from my commrades and got it willingly!
Today, I tried to figure out how to hang the curtain rods and realized that I could do it, but it would take all day. I asked my son for help and he had all three rods up in less than an hour!
