I’m sure you didn’t know this when you invited me, but I used to work for a chocolate store! The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in the Mall of America. I worked there for two years and learned a lot about chocolate. I used to make the products we made on-site, like fudge and dipped items, like this:
Yummmmm! I even went to Durango, Colorado, and got a VIP tour of their factory. I’ve been to probably a dozen other locations as well. I seriously considered opening a franchise of my own, but decided that my community probably couldn’t support it as successfully as the one at the MOA. I might rethink that one day.
Rocky Mountain chocolate isn’t the prettiest chocolate in the world, because they don’t use the waxes and such, but it tastes incredible. It’s very pure. I highly recommend it.
