I’ve mastered a meal I enjoy eating. I cook some penne pasta and grill chicken on my George Foreman. When both are ready I add the vodka sauce, break up a string cheese in chunks and add them in, and put it in the microwave. That way cheese is slightly melted. I love it.

Maybe I should focus on desserts, since that’s what I seem to love. For Christmas my Mom and I made a new cookie (another recipe from Real Simple magazine, which I am obsessed with). It was two cookies, each rolled in coconut, and then we melted chocolate and sandwiched chocolate between them. I couldn’t stop eating them! And even though it technically took 2 cookies to make 1 sandwich, the recipe still made a lot!
Well it wasn’t a meal, which is what I really want to start learning. Even so, I made an apricot crumble from a recipe in RealSimple magazine (I LOVE that magazine). It turned out really well! So I was able to take something from a recipe and turn it into good, edible food. It’s a step in the right direction.
