get my real estate license

I took the test three times ( I passed the third time). I realized the secret is studying and getting practice tests!!!

I failed it on 5/17 too. :(
I took it again 5/31 and I find out Monday if I pass.

I passed the course exam and took the licensing exam this morning before work.I get results friday, wish me luck.

edit 5.16.11 – I failed and am taking it again tomorrow morning. Wish me luck again!

I completed the course, I just need to study (esp the math) and take the test in one week then take the licensing exam.

Still taking the class. Have increased to 4 courses a day as the dead line is NOW about 3 weeks away for real or else Ill have to pay to extend the class time.

The job is not going so well. I keep fucking up relentlessly bc its so stressful and overwhelming I spend all day behind the 8 ball , thinking about taking up 8 balls. Too much ball reference in this entry….I just want to talk about how I am now seriously considering Real Estate again and as a precautionary move, I went off extended break from taking courses right away and was taking one a day but thats going to start increasing soon as the deadline for the class in only about 3 weeks away!

I have a holiday Monday so I was thinking of taking the course all day to get it done with.

I start a new job on Monday so this real estate license will be taking a REAL set back as I wont have much time to complete it and providing this job goes well wont be pursuing a career in real estate at this time any way.

I am still taking the course but will be taking a short break from it to et other life needs attended to.

This thing is LONG.

This careers course for licensing is the most boring stuff on Earth….
