find a fulfilling job

I shouldn’t really complain about my job. I work in my dad’s office doing very minimal work (insurance related) making FAR more than I should. It gives me flexibility for school and support since I live on my own, however it bores the piss out of me, and they act like they need me here when I feel like I could be doing something more productive for myself. I remember what its like to have a fulfilling job, and this is NOT it. How can I escape something that is supporting me this way? I can’t just jump down the ladder by getting a smaller place and lower-paying yet fulfilling job…things like year-long leases and school schedules get in the way. Obviously I’m working towards a better job by going to school, but at this time in my life my job makes me so unhappy.
