Over the past few months I’ve really changed my eating habits. I no longer eat fast food, red meat, or anything loaded up with trans-fats, sugar, or salt. I’m eat plenty of fruits, healthy carbs, and lean protein, and I’m making a real effort to eat a lot of veggies. I’ve also stopped taking public transportation, and I walk everywhere. By doing all of this I’ve lost nearly 20 pounds in the past few months.
I just need to start exercising more, by stepping up the cardio and starting a weight-lifting regimen. Hopefully by doing that I can lose another 10 pounds, placing me at my goal weight and ideal BMI.
