For me, being late is due to my constant daydreaming. ‘Being on time’ is connected to my overall goals to ‘live in the present’, ‘get outside my own head’ etc.
For the last week, I have been on time for work, and I feel so much more connected and part of things. When I’m late, I feel like I’m not part of things, and so I don’t join in when new things come up, and then – voila! – I feel bad because I’m not part of things.
This is probably one of my more important things right now. So basic, but so important.
