For me to feel like I’ve actually visited a state, I need to actually do something, somewhere (I won’t count states that I’ve had to sit in an airport while waiting for a plane, etc, since I rarely even leave the building in such cases):
The States:
California: Twice! A class trip and a service trip!
Georgia: Conference
Illinois: went to Chicago to visit a friend!
Indiana: service trip
Iowa: general whatnots (it’s close to where I currently live)
Kansas: went to visit a friend
Louisiana: went to New Orleans for a spring break!
Missouri: went to visit a friend
Nebraska: see Iowa
Nevada: class trip!
Pennsylvania: lived close to Philly for a good portion of my life
South Dakota: 1st service trip!
