I figure ten pounds a month isn’t bad (2 pounds a week) and I’ll be doing stuff to tone, build stamina, and just be fit, overall (no point in being skinny and still wheezing up xyz flights of stairs:)).
I know there’ll be hard times and plateaus, so I may not be at my target weight by the end of a given month…but if I’m close enough, that’s a thumbs up.
