It's been a long time since I've practiced yoga.

My living situation at the moment is a bit constricting, and makes it more difficult for me to practice, but I’m going to try to do yoga once a week for now.



Last night I practiced yoga

for 30 minutes. It would be nice if we lived in a bigger place, because when I do yoga I take up the whole living room (it’s pretty small) so he doesn’t really have anyplace to relax while I’m doing it. But, that’s what we have to work with, so we’ll find a way.



I will make time for this...

tonight I will do at least 20 minutes of yoga practice.



I'm so glad that I made

the time for yoga last night. My body needed it! I did 30 minutes after my 30 minute run, so it was a perfect cool-down for my muscles.



Well, I started off doing yoga almost

daily, but recently I have been slacking. I need to make time in the evenings…just 20 minutes…for some yoga practice!



I did about 10 minutes of

stretching and yoga last night after my run. I don’t always have the time to do a 20 minute session, so 10 minutes every day is better than nothing. At least on the weekends I can get in 2 60-minute sessions.



This was bound to happen sometime...

Last night I got a little bit bored with my yoga DVD. I’ve been using the same one for over a month, for 4-5 days per week. I still have room for improvement on these beginner poses, but I’d like to get another DVD to add some variety to it.



This week has been good!

I’ve practiced yoga 4 days so far, and I’ll have an hour session tomorrow morning.



I didn't practice any yoga last week, and I felt the

stretch today! I did an hour of yoga, and I wasn’t quite as flexible as I was last time. I’ll get back in the routine of practicing at least 5 times a week, and I’ll be on my way to becoming much more flexible…



I switched my schedule around...

and now I’m doing yoga in the mornings rather than after work. I notice that I’m not as flexible in the morning, but it’s the perfect way to start the day. I think this will easily become a daily habit if I do it before work now.
