more professional manner. Stop saying things like “hows it going?” and instead say “good morning, how are you?”. Actions speak louder than words, but my words still need to sound good.

Does it just take practice? Should I think out everything I’m going to say before I say it? I wouldn’t be so concerned about this, but it’s caused “tiffs” in my relationship. K gets frustrated and angry when I can’t communicate very well. We’ll have a discussion about something so insignificant and then he’ll get upset because I didn’t lay all the facts out in the beginning. I don’t even realize I’m doing this. I need to work on communicating better by being clear, to the point, and honest.
