take time. I have been eating very well (raw foods, whole grains, no refined sugars or carbs, very little alcohol/coffee), I have been exercising daily, I have started to use the sauna, and I have been dry skin brushing. I feel better than ever! :) I’m considering getting a colonic over the summer to further cleanse and detox my body… it makes me a little nervous, but I think it is a good thing to try.
aside from a few slip ups, I’m doing quite well! For further detoxing, I’m going to focus on drinking even more water, and being sure to include wheatgrass daily. I’ll try several days of only eating green smoothies as well, that will help the cleansing process.
Originally, I was considering some “cleansing” programs, but just eating whole, healthy, raw foods is working great for me right now!
Today is day 25 on raw foods…I’m going to try and eat more lemons and citrus fruits for their cleansing effects!
which is a detox in itself! I’m on day 10, and after several weeks, I’d like to do a salt water flush.
