Two weeks left until Korea. 108 this morning. I’m close.

I have been eating mostly fresh fruits and veggies this week. i havent weighed myself today, but i wasnt looking any heavier so I feel I am at least maintaining. However, my social goals often conflict with this one! I had a bunch of beer and all kinds of junky party food. Ill keep working… I really dont want to spend my happy summer abroad cringing everytime I see my short and chubby body in pics.

The scale has said 111 the past few days. My eating has been swinging between very healthy to very bad. Yesterday I had a very indulgent day. Today I ate absolute crap! Need to get it together. The clock is ticking. On an upside, I walked alot yesterday and I have been exercising pretty faithfully. I will turn it around!



Need to focus!

My trip is nearing! I want to be thin in Korea! I want to wear short skirts. Im hovering around 108. Yesterday I broke out the trampoline again (it was on hold for awhile due to wisdom teeth complications) And I went to the store with my sis to buy us healthy fresh foods. My only downfall…choosing fudge browie sundae icecream..Its been tempting me!

109. I have been trying to restrict my eating, and exercising on the same level as I have been, trying hard to get to my goal before Korea. But the last few pounds have been sticking with me. Under 110 is thin for me, but I have been that size at times in my life when I was very active and living a more healthy lifestyle..so I know it is not out of my realistic range. (BTW-I am only 5ft tall) I have been at 110 for about a month, and really loving this size. Clothes are looking so much better on me these days-yes!!! And now Im officially under 110, and only 4 pounds from my ideal!

I’ve been 110 for a few days now :-) My clothes from when I was thin mostly all fit, to varying degrees of comfort. This is the exact middle of my normal weight range..five more and I’ll be living on the slim side. The coolest thing is that I did this with ease. Yeah-its taking time, but I have made eating good foods a priority and my body is better for my investment!

I’m 112. That’s 10lbs down from my fattest winter weight. I am fitting into clothes I havent been able to get on this past year. As for the pants I had to buy because I got fat…some are looser, others dont fit at all!!! Feels great-and all I did was put effort into eating things that I feel are healthier and lighter. I’ve always crash dieted…it’s amazing to see a sensible diet actually work for me!!!

saw 114 on the scale today. Its been awhile. yesss. Working on it still!

Even though it would be a lot less expensive to eat poorly, I’ve been dedicated to buying good food lately, and my investment seems to be paying off! I don’t feel hungry, but I’m slimming down. How awesome is that!?
