I was in a thrift store with my sister, and I found the Windsor pilates VHS tape that I loved and used so much that it popped. Since the VHS videos were 3 for a dollar, I also got two other of the Windsor pilates videos. I love the long lean shape pilates gives. Its such an elegant exercise program!

today I did 15 mins on the treadmill. The treadmill was covered with boxes..and sooo dusty. I also jumped on the trampoline.
I need to check it out, but I think the rec center where I take Zumba offers it on the evenings I dont have class. So I want to make Zumba a 2 night a week habit until December.
So..I had a strange thought about joining the miliatry last night. It will probably pass..but there were 2 concerns I had when thinking if I could do the army. first I might be too old. not sure of the age maximum to enter. Second..could I even pass the fitness test???? I am not athletic, but I am also not inactive and unhealthy either. I have never run 2 miles in my life tho, nor am i able to do pushups. This got me to thinking… I should try. Even if this army thought is a momentary brainfart. It wouldnt hurt to prove I could do it!
I started a daily exercise log where I check off everytime i do my daily arms, abs, and legs exercises. Seems to help. I have only missed one day do far-and thats cause i was sick.
I try to keep a simple routine of 50 situps and arm exercises daily. I want to add a 15 min legs video. But the coolest thing is, my sister got a trampoline…I jump on it a little everyday before work and various times throughout the day. Its sooooo much fun!
