I’m so bad at doing this. I can start a day counting calories and forget about it faster than anyone I know. So, I’m going to do something different. I will:
1. drink four bottles of water daily
2. avoid meat whenever possible
3. get aerobic exercise at least three times a week
It’s a beginning.

I have to be honest and say I haven’t tried really hard with this goal. I’m still in my size 8s and they are still not as loose as I would like. We’re going up north for a weekend visit in August, and I would really like to lose at least ten pounds by then.
Today is the first day of the rest of my dieting. again

That’s how much I want to lose, at least at this point. Then I technically won’t be overweight any more. I weigh 130 right now. (and I’m five feet tall)
I suppose I should plan out how I want to achieve this one.
