From all I’ve read, the way to achvieve this goal is to lower you body fat percentage.
How?
You need to do these 3 things:- Weight traning
- Cardio
- Diet
I’ve just started on such a program and I’m committed to achieving this. I’m not in bad shape now. I’ve been exercising and dieting, But I’ve decided to take it to the next level. Essentially, I’m body building now, though I don’t want huge massive muscles. More later…
