My Mom emailed me tonight to see if I wanted to learn how to play these two card games that her and my Dad play with the neighbors. Yay! Although I had other plans made already that couldn’t be changed last minute, this was still a great step forward, I think. Not only was she home tonight, but she made an obvious effort to hang out and do something together. Yay. :) Hopefully, we’ll be able to plan the same agenda for later this week… I just sent the email off a few minutes ago.
