I’ve been eating breakfast almost every morning now for several weeks….and I think I’ve gotten the hang of it. All you need to do is, well, just do it. I’ve been fixing eggs for myself and my daughter every 2nd or 3rd day. On the other days, we eat pancakes, cereal or fruit. I still have a cup or two of coffee in the morning (only Pete’s) and my daugher drinks her milk. My energy level has increased throughout the day and I’ve noticed that I’m actually hungrier more often throughout the day. Now, if I could only exercise as often!

Egg Salad sandwhiches for breakfast these past few days. I’ve started a bad habit of buying one at Starbucks with my cup of coffee.
Way too expensive of a habit for me to have….I think its about $6 or $7 bucks every morning for the past few days.
That isn’t going to fly.
But, I ate breakfast.
It can’t be good to not eat breakfast and in the midst of your hunger pains and weakness drink a cup of coffee to stave off the hunger.
It has to mess with my metabolism and totally confuse my body.
I need to eat breakfast more often. On the days that I do, boy does it make a difference in my productivity.
This is all about being productive all day long…..
