change my hair color

I went by the only shop near my house that sells colourful dyes the other day, but they are soooo frekin expensive, maybe when I have a bit more money saved up I might dye it a weird colour.

I had my hair with purple streaks for a long time. I want to dye my hair again but in some wicked colour(pink, purple, blue)... the thing is that where I live the hair dye is sooooo expensive and it fades away really fast. Another problem is that I have jet black hair so I have to lighten my hair to change colour and that really burns it…
