yeah im exercising atleast 5 days a week, i was also lifting weights and now i seem to have gone up a kilo and i dont want that so i quit the weights. Today i was on the ecliptic machine 30 minutes managed to burn 390 calories. im so frustrated….. im starting to lose my syke fr exercising.

wooooooooooohooooooooooooo today i managed a 25 minute session on the treadmill, im proud that ive finally gotten my arse in the gym after 8 months of saying i would do it.
I hate exercising i wish i could have that drive to exercise everyday and love it everyday. ok usually i decide ok im going t diet then i kinda start going crazy for exercise the first month i go to the gym like 5 days a week for even upto 3 hrs, the second month i reduce the days to 3 days a week then the third month rolls in and i just stop going. i just lack the drive to go. i know i can work on it, so thus its on this list
Im going to figure out a plan for myself and work with it. First ill do the exercise on my own then ill join a gym.
