Every little thing I do

makes a difference to me and to my achievements. Some days even if I’m not actively doing things – a good rest leads to a happier healthier me.
I’ve worked for years on creating a more positve attitude to life in general (or rather fighting off the negatives that have surrounded me so my positives could shine through). And being able to ward off the negatives is helping me to become the person I want to be.
