own an island resort in the Philippines

I actually know someone who owns a Philippine Island and I couldn’t believe it! And I could actually go there for free if I just get permission from the wife of the owner who works in my University. I was so amazed when my adviser informed the class aboutt his fact. According to Sir, the island is big and boasts of white sand like that in Boracay…Woahow!... Nobody leaves there. Only a caretaker comes there once in a while to pick some fruits and just visit. There’s no electricity there but I think that’s brilliant. At least, this would minimize trespassers and maintain the privacy of the island…I’m envious. I hope when the time comes that I can afford it, there are still unclaimed islands I can claim for my own.
