i’ve been trying to stick to a 1000 calorie a day plan and it’s been going very well. i’ve gone from about 179 down to 169 in the past month and a half. i would be lower if it weren’t for a 2 and a half week trip to korea where i was being force fed by my sister in law’s family. thankfully korean food is very low calorie by nature (very little oil used, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, fish, and very little red meat), so i merely maintained weight, rather than gaining at all.
i still have 15lbs left until i reach this goal. but i know i can do it. i’ll probably work towards losing another 10 lbs after i reach my current goal, bringing me back to my low weight of 145. wish me luck!
