visit all 50 U.S. states

since I’ve been able to add to my “visited states” list. But yesterday I booked a trip to Seattle! Next month I’ll be able to check Washington off the list.

I live in Georgia.

I’ve been to (starting from places surrounding my home state): Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Also, Washington D.C.

My mom tells me that my family drove Ohio, Delaware, West Virginia, and Kentucky on a trip in 1987 that took us up to western Pennsylvania and back down the Eastern Seaboard, but I was seven years old at the time and don’t remember much about that car trip besides having the realization that Atlanta radio stations can’t be heard very far outside Atlanta.

Immediate travel goals: California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado.
