I’m a pretty short girl at only 5’3 and a half, but I’m still very underweight for my height – I’m more or less just skin and bones.
I don’t have an eating disorder at all, but I have a small appetite naturally and my metabolism is fast. It’s just how I am for now.
I hate being so bony though and I believe that real women have curves. Although other girls are preoccupied with losing weight and are always complimenting how small I am, I don’t think that guys generally find the skin-and-bones look attractive.
My plan for accomplishing this goal is to pretty much exercise as little as possible and stuff my face as much as I can. I also started drinking whole milk. I’ve been doing this for a couple months now, though, and I haven’t seen any big changes…help?
