and it’s getting compulsive running
I’m doing it every day
to discharge the hyper-energy

I used to run every morning on the beach
when I was at the seaside
and now being back in town
will go on from week 3
and think at the sea and marine breeze while I run
have a new wonderful jogging attire!
this is pre-pre-pre starting though
I woke up at 5 and went for a one hour brisk walk
plan to start with the real thing tomorrow
{but I know I shouldn’t plan too much, things never go as I plan!}
went again this morning
only to disturb the blackbirds’ meetings
I like to start the day watching busy blackbirds
it had rained in the night
every leaf was rorid
shining in the sun
at last it stopped raining
and so today early morning
I restarted from week 1 1/3
the blackbirds were madly singing
I could hear them above the terrible Ullrey
it was great and I feel well
the right shoes and the right combination of bra+superstretchmicrot-shirt can make a lot of difference
I went
lifted the winter cape at last!
I felt a tiny pain in my chest at first
but went better and better
and in the end I didn’t want to stop!
(sorry for the false start some time ago
I hope that you all may forgive me)
I’m thinking of starting again
and TADA: today I bought myself the mizuno wave rider 11 as reward for finishing a tough chapter!
This time Achilles and his tendon should be left rest in peace.
I wonder if Silvie and White2Sugar would like the idea to start running “together”
last time it was great fun to do this on a team
before it started hurting so terribly, I mean
don’t really know what to do
but running today was out of question
the ache seems almost gone
apparently
because stairs are impossible for me now
must be the tendons
so:
I think that I will have to see a doctor after all
I mean
when the ache is gone
the couch to 5K was meant as preparation for the winter sport week holiday in February
so I will have to find something else
something like stretching probably ::yawns
don’t know
I feel a bit confused right now
I enjoyed my half an hour podcast a lot
I really don’t want to stop here
but all that snow on the ground and my feet aching make things quite difficult right now
grateful for any alternative suggestion
that doesn’t involve “moving feet” and “outside”
considering daintly inflating soap bubbles as sport
Great sun, good podcast, but BOTH my feet were aching as hell, in one the nerves in the heel and in the other those in the arch. I was jogging almost on the spot. Sigh.
I wonder what to do and what can help till next wednesday run.
I was ok but the humid thick fog was all around me and it was freezing cold and sad, for the first time I hoped for it to finish sooner. Without sun it really needed a bit of determination to go out there and do it. I’m looking forward to running week 2!
[I think I’ll have my next run on sunday, anybody else?]
