I made a spreadsheet on excel with date, weight, and minutes that I ran. So far I could only walk and run one day (when it was my only purpose), but I´ve been walking a lot lately to go everywhere. 1kg and 500gr are lost! Today it was raining, but tomorrow I´m definetely going out early in the morning. (=
