Look at the labels before you eat something. Try to keep it under control (around 2k calories on my case)

today was a good day 11 months ago

I ate plenty of cereal, a hummus wrap for lunch, and salmon with steam veggies for dinner. no junk food, at all todady. I ate every two house, and drink plenty of water. Perfect day.



I need to get back in track 11 months ago

I was doing fine with my diet until thanksgivings. From that point, It has been downhill.
I will take it one day at a time, drinking water when I’m “hungry” helps me to control the impulse to assault the cookie jar.
