So I got my test results and the total cholesterol was 240 (can’t remember the individual numbers). My doctor seems to be leaning toward medication but I’m hoping to avoid that, so my first milestone will be to lower the total to 220 by March 31 2006, and if that works, then to under 200 by June 30.
I’m not even fat (could maybe drop 10 pounds to get to ideal weight), but I know my diet has been less than optimal. What tastes better than pulled pork BBQ with hush puppies? :)
