pay off all my debts

the last credit card will be paid down in six weeks. at that same time, i’ll make my first extra payment on the last student loan. if all goes according to plan, my entire debt burden should be gone by july, august at the latest. huzzah!

I’ve made real progress here. As per my estimate of a year ago, I should have my last card completely paid off within six to eight months. The last of my student loans should quickly follow. My promotion at work and very thrifty lifestyle have certainly helped.

Last credit card will be paid off within the next 18 to 20 months if I secure no additional income. Hopefully I can get more money coming in and accelerate the process even further. If I can raise just an additional $10k during 2008, I could afford to purchase a house or condo.
