Turns out that the real enemy of my abs is Pepsi…
man, what a monkey on my back… I kinda slipped up over the holiday, drinking way too much, but I’m going back on my routine of
only drinking pepsi on the weekends.

I’ve been doing an ab workout 3 times a week for about 3 months now and it’s definitely working. I know that my abs are stronger, but that’s not what everyone (including me) wants. We want definition.
Cutting out Soda for the last few weeks has made a real difference. My instructor also suggested cutting out white flour (and I thought cutting soda was tough). The results of my work are finally starting to show.
I think in order to really put the the extra effort in, I’ll have to do more aerobic workouts on days that I don’t do my boxing workout. I’m going to try to get to the pool for a few days a week.
I started a cardio boxing workout. it’s three times a week with a strong ab workout involved.
what I’ve noticed is that I’ve got to modify my diet pretty drastically to get the final definition results I want. :(
I cut out drinking pepsi and other sodas, though I miss them, but that helped a lot.
