I’m upping my cal intake for the next 3 weeks forabout 3600 cal on days I work out… upped the carb, too… 3 more weeks of bulking and 2 and a half months of cutting to follow.

lost a bit while I was travelling, then now back to 152lbs. Hoping to hit 160 or so by end of March!!
Making pretty decent gains. @ 153lbs and counting. I’m goingon vacation next week, so might be slacking off a bit and eating some junk here and there for a couple weeks or so. It should provide a decent shock so that I can get out of a plateau (although I’m making pretty good gains now)
170lbs by April!!!! I hope. I think 160lbs will be a more realistic goal.
Can’t wait till eating like crazy again. =)
Probablly bulk from Dec – Apr then cut from Apr to June.

Alright, I’ve concluded that the only way to go below 12% body fat for me is to bulk up enough to raise my lean mass and, as a result, raise my metabolism even higher than the high it already is. So at 145lbs I’m sliding into maintenance phase for 8 weeks, then entering full force bulk for 16 weeks. Goal is to reach 160lbs by March!
I think the 2 weeks of vacation and inconsistent diet threw a curve ball at my body, my bulk cycle has responded much better! Looks like I’m out of the plateau! So the lesson learned is that 2 weeks off with random consupmtion of stuff works pretty well for me to get out of a slump. ;)
I’m gonna cut for the next 4 weeks now…
back from a 2 week vacation. I’m at 149, probably gained some fat eating all those fried Chinese food in Cheng Du. ^^;
Starting a new 8 week cycle, hoping to get up to 155lbs…
so I haven’t been gaining any weight for the past 3 weeks, so I added 200 more calories to my daily consumption. That makes it 3400 calories… Gonna go this for a couple of weeks to see if I can break the 150lb barrier!!
I’m taking 2 weeks off to cut. I’ll go back to another 8 week cycle of bulking on April 2nd.
I’m at 147lbs now.
