So far, so good. I’ve lost right at 10 pounds and I haven’t even been able to start exercising like I want to yet.
I’ve really changed my attitude toward food and since that point I find I can’t really even eat near as much as I used to (which helps).
My wife has been a big influence, she’s working out 4+ times a week and is really watching her intake as well.
Looking forward to continuing what has been a great start!
