I peirced my belly button. I also have a tattoo on my side. All of these things were supposed to motivate me to loose weight so I can show these things off.

I don’t eat right. I don’t eat often but when I do its crap. .and a lot of it.
Its hard to get motivated to work out. But I did do yoga today.
I’m hoping I get to dancing again and that will help.

I’ve gained a few pounds being on vacation ALL summer. But I have been hanging with my father a lot and a friend who practices MMA so I’m thinking that that would be a great way to get into shape and get into a sport again.

Fortunatly not because of bad hygene, my mouth has decided to freak out on me.. because of stress. Because I don’t let things go. Because for some reason I enjoy being stressed until my bad trys to tell me its not good. I have a fever for no reason. i can’t eat because my gums ares swollen and feel like someone is stabbing them.
I don’t feel the stress until my body does. Then the doc says this is because you are stressed and you aren’t taking care of yourself… then I cry. How dumb? I should just figure it out on my own.
Eat better.

Relax.
Breathe.
Live.
Laugh.
