finish reading all the books I've started

This task is officially over.

Today I finished Hakluyt’s “Voyages and Discoveries”, and I don’t want to finish “Strategic Selling”, so I’m now done, and ready to take on a new reading list!

I’m finally on week 10 of TAW. That was a loonnnngggg chapter, because one of your tasks is to re-read all your morning pages. Well, that’s a lot if you’re keeping up with the course (270 pages), but since I’ve been doing the course at a 3 to 1 ratio, I had over 500 pages to read. So don’t let that change from 160 to 163 fool you.

Ok, so this task is just about paid off. First, the update:

At this point, all that is left is Hakluyt (which is fantastic), TAW (which is covered by a different goal) and Strategic Selling, which I don’t want to finish. So once Hakluyt is done, I’ll check this off. Hooray! I can start some new books soon!!!

Almost done with Auden. I need to think end-game. I don’t really want to finish Strategic Selling; I have more business than I can use already. But I really want to finish Hakluyt, Auden, and TAW. Perhaps when they are done, I’ll check this off as finished.

I know what you’re thinking; I’m supposed to be hammering “Managing the design factory”, so why am I reading “Voyages” at such a pace?

But I just got to the travels of John Hawkins, which is really exciting, as he sails through the Spanish Main in the mid 1560’s. I frequently can’t put it down. So I have a broad advance, with Strat Sell and Auden on the sidelines. It’ll have to do for now.

Not what you would call inspiring progress. Some 20 plus pages scattered across four books. If I added it up right, I have 1,176 more pages to go. At this rate, I’ll be done in two years!
