I recently edited this goal because I realized going from 0 days of working out to 5 was a little overwhelming. Now my goal is to do at least 3 days a week. Once I conquer that on a consistent basis, then we’ll move to 5 days!



Goals for upcoming week
  • Sunday: Swim workout at gym (30-60 min)
  • Monday: Cardio at gym after work (30-45 min)
  • Tuesday: 7:00am workout with trainer (1 hour)
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Yoga after work (1 hour), walking (2 miles)
  • Friday: Yoga at work (1 hour), Cardio at gym after work (30-45 min)
  • Saturday: Rest
