So, I failed my personal challenge. In fairness, I didn’t give myself enough time to do it right. so I’ll take what little weight I did lose and put it to a new challenge: be under 60 kg by the time I’m 24 (Feb. 21st)

It doesn’t look good. If anything, I’ve gained. so I think I’ll have to take my sugarless punishment and hope to lose 2 kilo by Monday, and maybe the full 5 by the 21st.
oh, it’s not going well. I went on a big hike and I’ve been very active, but the food has been disasterous. So unless i can pull something together early this week…
ooh, big step backwards yesterday. I was really good all morning, and ate lots of fruit and veg, with a nice little organic packaged thing of wheat germ and tofu and herbs. Then night comes and what do I do? Eat a huge thing of tomato/vegetable soup with an entire baguette. I should have known better, but the soup just begged for bread and when I bought it it was still warm…
This week will be better! I’ve also given up alcohol until my birthday so that should cut some of the empty calories out.
Weight update Wednesday.
Okay. Starting weight is 65 kilos. I have until Feb. 1st to bring it down to 60. The plan is simple, mostly just eating more fruit and veg, drinking lots of water and tea, and getting all the exercise I’m getting in class. Next Friday we’ll check and see if drastic measures are in order.
