write a book

I’m feeling pretty good about my work. I’ve developed the idea that I have and have begun my outline. I’m about 20 pages into the outline. The plan, when I am done with the outline, is to have a friend/editor read the outline and make sure it makes sense. Then rework it and do a little more research. My goal is to be done with the final draft of the book by next Sept 2009.

I have an idea. I have been developing the idea and trying to create a timeline/outline for the book. I’ve recently hit a small road block and I can’t let it get in my way. I have been reading a lot of books to inspire me and found myself doubting myself recently. I’ve decided to stop working on the grid/outline and actually start writing an outline. Maybe the new approach will help to revitalize and encourage me. I know that I can do this.
