I’ve started trying really hard to take them everyday. If I forget I come home and take them. I’m going to start carrying vitamins with me so if I do forget, I can take them right away. I’m working hard on this goal because I have noticed I feel a little bit better taking the vitamins I do take. I’m even getting my husband to take vitamins now.

I’m terrible at this goal, I really want to make this a habit but I constantly forget. I just can’t seem to remember to take it or just plain forget about this goal. I’ll have to really start trying to make an effort. If I can at least remember to take a regular vitamin that will be good enough and then I can start with other vitamins. Okay if I could take a fiber and a daily vitamin daily that would be enough for me to complete this goal.
