Finally we will do Week 12 starting today. We had some scheduling difficulties that made Week 11 a bust for two weeks.

Last week had three great workouts. Then the rest of the week was blown off.
We’re doing Week 11 again this week. Already did the Plyo last night. Yay!
Starting Week 11 today! Feeling very strong. Glad we’ve stuck with it.
I didn’t get to Legs & Back this past week. (I went to an evening event, a farewell for a colleague of 9 years instead…yep, that was more important in my book.)
My husband and I took a bit of a break at the end of last week, skipping two of the workouts. I think our modification is a wise one, given that we’ve both had injuries in the past year. Our own personal pause button. Recovery is when muscles rebuild.
But the eating remained healthy.
And we’re back, right back in it. The Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps Workout plus Ab Ripper yesterday was great. Feels good to challenge the body. “Use it or lose it.”
Did Core Synergistics for the first time yesterday. Whatta workout; couldn’t do everything, but I did better than I thought I would. Felt like a rag doll when it was over. (I love that!)
I’m lucky that my husband is working out with me. We are keeping each other from ditching the workouts.
And Kenpo! I just did that this evening. I’m finally getting the moves figured out enough that I can really move instead of awkwardly goofing up the jab-cross-hook, jab-cross-hook! (especially that one for some reason).
