I worked out with weights this evening. That makes three times this week!

I need another workout before Saturday to make it three. So it’ll be tonight or tomorrow!
As a part of muscle confusion (what I earlier described as “periodize my workouts”), I’m going to return to weight training three times a week.
I’m moving this goal to the give-up side (I’m cleaning house on my list, you see).
I want to see if totally focusing on aerobics for a few weeks will suit me better.
I’m naturally very muscular, so maybe some intense calorie-blasting will help me feel more streamlined.
Wow, I haven’t logged anything here in over three weeks! Well, last week I did get three, but not this week: I have been focusing on aerobic acitivities instead.
The body does need to have the routine shaken up…more often than we’d like to think, I think.
The goal stays, but the implication will be “three times a week, but not necessarily every week.”
I worked my back and legs on Sunday. I worked them so hard that I gave myself two recovery days.
Tonight will be workout #2 for the week. Right on track.
Boom shaka laka! I’m in the groove with this goal with one down and tomorrow looking good for the second time this week.
I got the third workout in today…
technically yesterday would have been the end of the week, but I did cardio then instead…
I worked out yesterday at the office health club. Oooo-eeee, do I have some sore spots to prove it.
Two down! One to go.
I was able to go to the health club on my lunch hour, so that’s Weight Workout #1 for the week. Two more to go!
I’m so fortunate to have this option available to me.
