I’m doing pretty well with this. I’m down to maybe one bottle of soda a day, sometimes less. I lose my bottle for water pretty much every few days and have to buy a new one, but overall I think I’m saving money and feeling healthier because of it.

...or at least most of the soda. I’m carrying around a big bottle that I fill with water whenever I’m around a water fountain at work and I think if I drink two bottles each day my goal will be met. Drinking all this water helps me get away from all the soda I’ve been drinking when I’m thirsty. Soda makes thirst worse! I know this but I still drink it…
Tomorrow will be even better than today!
